Retail Women in Tech (RWIT) is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit, no paywall organization. We are women and men from every generation and sector of our industry uniting around a shared purpose: unleash talent and get more women sitting at the table where decisions are being made.

RWIT exists to redesign the system. Not as another networking group but as a workforce engine that drives impact and outcomes through
turning belonging into measurable outcomes: mentorship at scale, early-career access, personal development, AI readiness, and accountability, powered by community, partnerships, and data.

Because no one else is. Retention challenges, funding reductions, readiness gaps and leadership shortages directly constrain growth, just as demand for AI fluency is surging. AI reflects who builds it. Without women actively shaping AI’s design and deployment we risk reinforcing existing inequities rather than transforming them.
